Lacàphê is a Vietnamese coffee shop that brews a robusta and arabica blend through phin filters, known for its Signature Saigon with salted cloud cream and its Eggspresso Hanoi. Co-owners Tho Le, Anh Le, and Thi Nguyen opened it in 2023, and it also serves matcha and fruit teas.
