Goodthing Coffee opened this Palo Alto shop in late 2025, a sibling to its Burlingame cafe run by Vincent Lan and pastry chef Shuo Yang. Espresso rotates between Dak and La Cabra beans, alongside light-roast pour-overs, Einspänners, and Japanese soufflé cheesecakes.
